RESOLUTION NO. 2019-128 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR GROVE PARK AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY CONCEPT, SITE DISTRICT AND REZONING Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing for Grove Park as a Planned Development Overlay Concept, Site District and Rezoning in the City of Tiffin, Iowa, and; Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the concept, site district and rezoning on a 4-0 vote at its December 11, 2019 meeting. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the date for the Public Hearing is set for January 7, 2020, to discuss the Grove Park Planned Development Overlay Concept, Site District and Rezoning. On the 17th day of December, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019-128, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR GROVE PARK AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY CONCEPT, SITE DISTRICT AND REZONING and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Havens, Bartels, Upton, Ryan, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-128, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR GROVE PARK AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY CONCEPT, SITE DISTRICT AND REZONING to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
