DocuSign Envelope ID: 25306659- 3806- 423D- 957F- 7CE61AA8A9FD RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 082 A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON LOT 23 OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE — PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, The City recognizes, through the request of the developer, the change in the drainage for Lot 23 of Prairie Village — Part 1 , and; Whereas, The public drainage easement is no longer necessary as shown the attached Exhibit A; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the public drainage easement for Lot 23 of Prairie Village — Part 1 be vacated and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby be authorized to sign the attached vacation easement agreement. 18th On the day of July, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 082, A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON LOT 23 OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE — PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Havens, Bartels, Ryan, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 082, A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON LOT 23 OF PRAIRIE VILLAGE — PART 1, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 18th Passed by the City Council on the day of July, 2019.
