Directs the City Clerk to deliver executed documents to the Iowa DOT Right-of-Way Bureau in exchange for the approved compensation. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Resolution 2026-005. The property acquisition is necessary to support the Highway 6 reconstruction project and has been reviewed and processed consistent with state law.
