CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2019-058 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently an open position on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Lexi Rector to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. On this 7th day of May, 2019, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTION 2019-058, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Upton, Ryan, Havens, Schnedler, Bartels Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-058, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
