CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2019-012 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently an open position on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Christine Olney to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. On this 5th day of February, 2019, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTION 2019-012, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Ryan, Schnedler, Upton, Bartels, Havens Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2019-012, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
