DocuSignEnvelopeID:58AF1181-2467-468D-AE94-B98BA37884C9 RESOLUTIONNO.2018-105 RESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHEESCROWAGREEMENTFORPRAIRIEVILLAGE PART1 Whereas,theDeveloper hasrequested theCityenter intoanescrow agreement prior to completion ofthealltheimprovements inthesubdivision andrequired bythe subdivision, and; Whereas, Ordinances and Subdivision Agreement withtheexceptions noted intheescrow agreement, attached, and; Now,thereforebeitresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa thatthe Mayor andCityClerk arehereby authorized toexecute thedocuments necessary to approve thefinalplat assubmitted andasapproved bytheCity Engineer and City Attorney, but, asacondition ofitsapproval, theapproval ofthefinal platarecontingent onthefollowing: 1)Prairie Village Part1executing theattached escrow agreement; 2) Execution bytheSubdivider andother necessary parties ofallother documents required bytheSubdivision Ordinance orSubdivision Agreement, including easement agreements. The finalplatmay notberecorded andnolots maybetransferred until these contingencies have been completed. th Onthe6dayofNovember, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2018-105,A RESOLUTION APPROVINGTHEESCOWAGREEMENTFORPRAIRIEVILLAGE PART1andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Schnedler. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan. Whereupon fourCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatthe RESOLUTIONNO.2018-105,ARESOLUTIONAPPROVINGTHE ESCOWAGREEMENTFORPRAIRIEVILLAGE PART1tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofNovember, 2018.
