setting apublic hearing dateofOctober 16,2018, forthedisposition ofpublic property
located at210Railroad Street andlegally described asLot9,Block 2,Original Town of
Tiffin, Iowa, according totheplatthereof recorded inBook 1,Page 98,PlatRecords of
Johnson County, Iowa. Parcel No.0628456008.
Onthe2 nddayofOctober, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffinCityCouncil, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2018-094,ARESOLUTION
TOSETTHEDATEOFPUBLICHEARINGFORTHEDISPOSITIONOFPUBLIC
PROPERTYLOCATEDAT210RAILROADSTREET, TIFFIN,IOWAandmade a
motion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Schnedler.

Whereupon fourCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTIONNO.2018-094,RESOLUTIONTOSETTHEDATEOF
