CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION 2018-079 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, there is currently an open position on the Zoning Board of Adjustment; and, Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements, Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Eileen Schmidt to the Planning & Zoning Commission. On this 7th day of August 2018 at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION 2018-079, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Bartles. Ayes: Upton, Bartles, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-079, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
