RESOLUTION NO. 2018-052 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLOSURE OF NORTH PARK ROAD FROM JUNE 4, 2018, TO JULY 28, 2018, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CENTERED AROUND PARK ROAD AND PARK PLACE Whereas, it has been requested of the City of Tiffin to close North Park Road for the construction centered around Park Road and Park Place, and; Whereas, the Contractor with make the necessary arrangements to provide access to agricultural and construction traffic, and; Whereas, the City shall designate Park Road north of Forevergreen and James Avenue as the designated detour route, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to allow North Park Road to be closed from June 4, 2018, to July 28, 2018, for the construction centered around Park Road and Park Place. On the 15th day of June, 2018, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2018-052, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLOSURE OF NORTH PARK ROAD FROM JUNE 4, 2018, TO JULY 28, 2018, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CENTERED AROUND PARK ROAD AND PARK PLACE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton. Ayes: Ryan, Bartels, Schnedler, Upton, Havens Nays: None Absent: Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2017-052, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLOSURE OF NORTH PARK ROAD FROM JUNE 4, 2018, TO JULY 28, 2018, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CENTERED AROUND PARK ROAD AND PARK PLACE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
