Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Havens, Ryan, Schnedler, Upton Nays: Bartels Absent: None Whereupon fourCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2018-045,ARESOLUTIONTOAWARDBIDFOR THEROBERTSFERRYROADRECONSTRUCTIONPROJECTtobeadopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe7dayofMay2018.
