ThePlanning & Zoning Commission recommended approval oftherezoning ona2-1 voteatitsApril11,2018meeting. Therecommendation came withone recommended change which wastoaddanadditional buffering zone atthesouth end oftheexhibit aspresented (andattached) attheOctober 2017 Planning & Zoning Meeting. th Onthe17 dayofApril, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2018-041,ARESOLUTION SETTINGADATEOFPUBLICHEARINGTOREZONEANDERSENADDITIONIN THECITYOFTIFFIN,IOWAandmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Havens, Bartels, Ryan, Upton, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2018-041,ARESOLUTIONSETTINGADATE OFPUBLICHEARINGTOREZONEANDERSENADDITIONINTHECITYOFTIFFIN, IOWAtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe17day ofApril, 2018.
