Motion seconded byCouncilperson Bartels. Ayes: Bartels, Schnedler, Ryan, Upton, Havens Nays:None Absent: None Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2018-040, ARESOLUTIONSETTING ADATE FORAPUBLICHEARINGTORENEWTHENATURALGASFRANCHISE AGREEMENTWITHMIDAMERICANENERGYtobeadopted and signified his approval ofthesame byaffixinghis signature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe17day ofApril, 2018.
