Box 259 Tiffin, Iowa 52340-0259 Attn: City Administrator/Clerk Re: Tiffin Heights Addition, Part Five – Tiffin, Iowa City Engineer’s Review Comment Letter Dear Mayor and Council Members: We have reviewed the Preliminary and Final Plats for Tiffin Heights – Part Five in the City of Tiffin, Iowa. We offer the following comments: Preliminary Plat 1. The adjacent subdivision needs to be labeled in accordance with Ordinance 1998-218, 5.06 E. 2. The existing and proposed zoning need to be labeled in accordance with Ordinances 1998-218, 5.06 G. Final Plat 3. The adjacent subdivision needs to be labeled in accordance with Ordinance 2012-319, 5.13 G. 4. The required subdivision documents listed in 5.13 U of Ordinance 2012-319, 5.13 U. shall be submitted prior to approval of the Final Plat. Contingent the above, revised plats could be approved.
