__________________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL – NOTES FOR WORK SESSION ITEMS February 13, 2026 • The work session on Tuesday night will start in closed session to continue to discuss the new fulltime Fire Chief position. • Sheriff Kunkel and Sergeant Hynes will be at the work session on Tuesday night to review their annual report for the law enforcement contract. Included in the packet is a PowerPoint presentation reflecting the last year’s activities. • Time permitting, I would like to review some of the remaining capital improvements projects within the current FY 2025-2026 budget. If we run out of time in the work session, I will use time during my Administrator’s Report.
