Motion seconded byCouncilperson Haven. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan. Whereupon Four Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-016,ARESOLUTIONSETTINGTHEDATE FORAPUBLICHEARINGTOINSTITUTEAONE-TIMEWATERADJUSTMENT ORDINANCE tobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his signature thereto. st Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe21dayofMarch, 2017.
