TheLoan Agreement isproposed tobeentered into pursuant toauthority contained in Section 384.24AoftheCode ofIowa andwillconstitute ageneral obligation oftheCity. Atthat time andplace, oral orwritten objections may befiled ormade totheproposal to enter into theLoan Agreement. After receiving objections, theCity may determine toenter into the Loan Agreement, inwhich case, the decision will befinal unless appealed totheDistrict Court within fifteen (15) days thereafter.
