Said Ordinance wasunanimously approved attheFebruary 1,2017, Planning & Zoning Meeting. th Onthe7dayofFebruary, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2017-005,ARESOLUTION TOSETTHEDATEOFPUBLICHEARINGFORANAMENDMENTTOTHECITYOF TIFFIN,IOWA,SUBDIVISIONORDINANCENO.2012-319,TOADDPROVISIONS REGARDINGPLATSOFSURVEY andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None. Absent: Bartels. Whereupon Four Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-005,ARESOLUTIONTOSETTHEDATE OFPUBLICHEARINGFORANAMENDMENTTOTHECITYOFTIFFIN,IOWA, SUBDIVISIONORDINANCENO.2012-319,TOADDPROVISIONSREGARDING PLATSOFSURVEY tobeadopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe7dayofFebruary, 2017.
