ThePlanning & Zoning Commission willconsider this ordinance atitsJanuary 4,2017meeting. rd Onthe3dayofJanuary, 2017, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2017-003,ARESOLUTION TOSETTHEDATEOFPUBLICHEARINGFORSCREENINGANDBUFFERING STANDARDSORDINANCE andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-003,ARESOLUTIONTOSETTHEDATE OFPUBLICHEARINGFORSCREENINGANDBUFFERINGSTANDARDS ORDINANCEtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his signature thereto. rd Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe3dayofJanuary, 2017.
