RESOLUTIONNO.2016-065 ARESOLUTIONSETTINGADATEFORPUBLICHEARINGFORAMENDMENTTO THEPLANNEDAREADEVELOPMENT (PAD)ORDINANCE Whereas,TheCityofTiffin currently hasaPlanned Area Development (PAD) ordinance, and; Whereas theCity Council oftheCityofTiffin recognized theneed toupdate and improve theordinance, and; Whereas, theCityCouncil currently hasamoratorium onanynewPAD’s untilthenew ordinance iswritten, and; Whereas, theCity hasbeen working onthenewordinance, and; Whereas, theCityCouncil oftheCity ofTiffin recognizes thatittypically holds apublic hearing prior toamending anOrdinance; Now,thereforebeitresolved bytheCityCouncil oftheCityofTiffin, Iowa toseta Public Hearing forNovember 15,2016, at7:00p.m.atCity Hall. Onthe1st dayofNovember, 2016, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2016-062,ARESOLUTION SETTINGADATEFORPUBLICHEARINGFORAMENDMENTTOTHEPLANNED AREADEVELOPMENT (PAD)ORDINANCE andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded byCouncilperson _____. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon _____ Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTIONNO.2016-062,ARESOLUTIONSETTINGA DATEFORPUBLICHEARINGFORAMENDMENTTOTHEPLANNEDAREA DEVELOPMENT (PAD)ORDINANCE tobeadopted and signified hisapproval ofthe same byaffixing hissignature thereto.
