Agency and hold Public Agency harmless against all losses, costs, damages, expenses, attorney fees, claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, and settlements arising out the negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of DAS/SAE or its officers, employees or agents in the performance of this Agreement. DAS/SAE shall not defend, indemnify or hold harmless Public Agency or its officers, employees, or agents for any acts or omissions of any type attributable to Public Agency or its officers, employees, or agents. Section 9.
