(Issuance - Revenue) 436989-14 Tiffin, Iowa September 6, 2016 A meeting of the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, was held on September 6, 2016, at seven o’clock p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, Tiffin, Iowa. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, and the roll was called showing the following Council Members present and absent: Present: Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Jo Kahler Absent: Mike Ryan. The City Council took up for consideration a resolution authorizing and approving a Loan and Disbursement Agreement and providing for the issuance and securing the payment of a $2,296,000 Sewer Revenue Bond, Series 2016. After due consideration and discussion, Council Member Upton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Bartels. The Mayor put the question upon the adoption of said resolution, and the roll being called, the following Council Members voted: Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler,. Nays: None. Whereupon, the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted as hereinafter set out. On motion and vote, the meeting adjourned. Mayor Attest: City Clerk
