7. 04 E. For properties zoned: C- 1113, C- 2113, C- 10, C- 20, C -IS: The parking of trucks, vans, or cars, accessory to a permitted business, when used in operation of the permitted business as listed in Districts C- 113, C- 213, C- 10, C- 20, and C- 1 S, are be limited to vehicles of not over one and one- half ( 1%) tons capacity when located within one hundred fifty ( 150) feet of a residential district boundary line, or stored, parked, or otherwise confined to the premises overnight. For properties zoned: R1 -A, R1 -B, R1 -C, R1-0, R-2, R- 4, R. B. R-12: Commercial vehicles with a chassis rating of over one ton shall not be stored or parked on premises unless completely confined within the primary or accessory building.
