RESOLUTION NO. 2016-004 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY2015-2016 BUDGET AMENDMENT Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a budget amendment to update the necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY2015-2016 that were not originally planned; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date for February 2, 2016 on the Budget Amendment. On the 5th day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2016-004, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY2015-2016 BUDGET AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2016-004, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY2015-2016 BUDGET AMENDMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
