RESOLUTION NO. 2015-121 RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2013 WATER STORAGE PRESSURE UPGRADE PROJECT- TIFFIN, IOWA WHEREAS, On November 5, 2015 the Project Engineer states the Project construction was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the Contractor. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the 2013 Water Storage Pressure Upgrade – is complete and acceptable to the City and final payment be made to the Contractor. Passed and approved this 10th day of November, 2015.
