26th On the day of August, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION No. 2015- 099, RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AND APPROVING THE REVITALIZE IOWA' S SOUND ECONOMY RISE) GRANT APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF VILLAGE DRIVE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Upton, Bartels, Havens Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon 5 Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION No. 2015- 099, RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AND APPROVING THE REVITALIZE IOWA' S SOUND ECONOMY ( RISE) GRANT APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF VILLAGE DRIVE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 26th Passed by the City Council on the day of August, 2015.
