RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 088 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF TIFFIN BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014 - 2015 WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is responsible to approve and certify an annual operating budget, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to stay with the budgetary requirements set forth by the Department of Management with the State of Iowa, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa hereby acknowledged the necessity for a budget amendment to stay within the State' s requirements, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiffin hereby acknowledges the attached Budget Amendment Sheet to be accurate and final, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, that effective upon receipt of this resolution by the State of Iowa Department of Management and the Johnson County Auditor, that the fiscal year 2014- 2015 budget amendment for the City of Tiffin be approved.
