RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -075 A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 3 FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR ( CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 1, 413. 36 Whereas, The City received a Change Order # 3 for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project CCA Schools) DIV III. Whereas the City Engineer recommends to the City Council of the City of Tiffin to approve the following changes for Change Order # 3 Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the Change Order # 3 to WRH, Inc. for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project ( CCA School) in the amount of $ 1, 413. 36 On the 27th day of May, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015 -075, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 3 FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 1, 413. 36 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Nays: NONE Absent: Ryan Whereupon FOUR Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2015 -075, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER 1 FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR ( CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 1, 413. 36 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 27th Passed by the City Council on the day of May, 2015.
