RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 027 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY ESTIMATE# 4 TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION FOR WORK PERFORMED ON DIV I OF THE WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT FOR CLEAR 'CREEK AMANA SCHOOL IN AND FOR THE E CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, has approved a contract with Maxwell Construction for work being performed in Division I on the Water and Sewer Extension Project in and for the City of Tiffin, Iowa. NOW THEREFORE BE 1IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Tiffin, IOWA: r The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa hereby approves Pay Estimate # 4 in the amount of S 13, 196. 45 to Maxwell Construction for work performed in Division I of the project.
