Whereas, The City has been growing/ expanding and adding amenities, and, Whereas the City Council ofthe City of Tiffin recognizes that it will need, supporting staff for the concession stand, and;" F Whereas the. City is creating multiple positions as follows: one Lead worker to run the concession stand at a rate of $ 10/ hour and a pool of support workers.( not to exceed eight employees) at the rate of minimum wage; Now, therefore be 'it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to create these temporary seasonal summer part-time parks positions": 11th On the of February, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton intr6duce6 Resolution No. 2015- 026, A RESOLUTION CREATING MULTIPLE TEMPORARY, SEASONAL ( SUMMER) PART- TIME PARKS POSITIONS TO STAFF THE CONCESSION STAND and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Bartels, Upton, Ryan, Kahler Nays: none.
