Y RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 020 A RESOLUTION APPROVING ITEMS FOR THE-CAPITALiIMPROVEMENT PLAN Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to do a yearly review of major projects. it wants to, complete to adequate budget and; Whereas the City; Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is a requirement of Cities to strategically plan head to be proactive in' the use of public funds; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to' approve the items stated on the Capital Improvement Plan. „ 28th' On the, day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson- Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2015- 020, A RESOLUTION APPROVING' ITEMS FOR THE CAPITAL IMPOVEMENT PLAN] and made a motion for approval.
