Resolution No. 2014-167 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS Whereas, the Developer and City wish to enter into a developer's agreement for the Tiffin Heights subdivision; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the attached Developer's Agreement is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa, are hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement. Motion made by Upton and seconded by Petersen to approve Resolution 2014-167. AYES: Upton, Bartels, Petersen, Ryan, Kahler NAY: NONE ABSENT: NONE Whereupon 5 votes having voted Aye, Mayor Berner declared the Resolution 2014-167 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
