RESOLUTION NO. 2014-126 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PARK RIDGE "PAD" AND PRELIMINARY PLAT Whereas, The City has received a preliminary plat and Planned Area Development ("PAD") request, and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it must hold a public hearing prior to amending an Ordinance; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set a Public Hearing for Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. On the 10th day of September, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-126, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PARK RIDGE "PAD" AND PRELIMINARY PLAT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-126, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PARK RIDGE "PAD" AND PRELIMINARY PLAT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
