RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 107 APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2014 IRELAND AVENUE PROJECT, FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW OF THE BIDS BY IDOT. I WHEREAS, The City Council4 of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the 2014 Ireland Avenue Project; and WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified Rathje Construction Company as having the lowest, most responsible bid; and { WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign all -necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract, as required and necessary to execute a contract with Rathje Construction Company as identified and recommended by the Project Engineer. 13th PASSED AND APPROVED this Day of August, 2014.
