RESOLUTION NO. 2014-079 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO RENAME RIDGE DRIVE TO RIDGE COURT Whereas, The City recognizes that when a parcel was annexed into the City of Tiffin previously it did not get the name changed as required and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it has lead an effort to get all addresses in the Tiffin city limits to actually have Tiffin physical addresses for emergency personnel and correct addressing practices; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing on June 25, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss renaming Ridge Drive to Ridge Court. On the 11th day of June, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-079, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO RENAME RIDGE DRIVE TO RIDGE COURT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton. Ayes: Kähler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton Nays: none Absent: Petersen Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Bérner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-079, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO RENAME RIDGE DRIVE TO RIDGE COURT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
