RESOLUTION NO. 2014-072 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HART-FREDERICK CONSULTANTS TO PROCEED WITH UPDATEING THE US HIGHWAY 6 ACCESS MANAGEMENT STUDY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IA. WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin recognizes the importance of updating the US Highway 6 Access Management Study so that they can make informed decisions on allowed points of access for traffic flow. WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin wants Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C. to proceed with the updating of the US Highway 6 Access Management Study. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, that Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C., is hereby permitted to proceed with the updating of the US Highway 6 Access Management Study On the 11th day of June, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Joann Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-072, and made a motion for approval.
