Said subdivision is described as follows: Auditor's Parcel 2003144, in accordance with the plat recorded in plat book 46 at page 305 of the records of the Johnson County Recorder's office, lying within the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter both of section 29, township 80 north, range 7 west, of the fifth principal meridian, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa.
