RESOLUTION NO. 2014-053 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CLARIFY NSF FEES Whereas, The City recognizes that there needs to be a more specific wording and to clarify the NSF fees that get posted and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing on 05/14/14 at 7:00 p.m. to clarify NSF fees. On the 23rd day of April, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-053, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CLARIFY NSF FEES and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-053, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CLARIFY NSF FEES to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
