RESOLUTION NO. 2013-052 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY2014 BUDGET AMENDMENT Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a budget amendment to update the necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY2014 that were not originally planned and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing date for May 14, 2014 on the Budget Amendment. On the 23rd day of April, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013-052, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY2014 BUDGET AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013-052, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY2014 BUDGET AMENDMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
