RESOLUTION NO. 2014-044 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO GET REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR YEARLY AUDITS Whereas, The City recognizes that yearly audits need to be completed and it is cheaper to get competitive quotes for a multi-year package and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the City Administrator/Clerk to get Request for Proposals for Year Audits. On the 26th day of March, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-044, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO GET REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR YEARLY AUDITS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-044, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO GET REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR YEARLY AUDITS to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
