RESOLUTION NO. 2014-040 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PAD REVIEW TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MEETINGS Whereas, The City recognizes that it is important to keep ordinances current and updated to protect the public and it is required to hold a public hearing prior to any changes be made to an existing Ordinance and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on March 26, 2014 at City Hall. On the 12th day of March, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-040, A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing to amend the zoning ordinance for PAD review to reduce the number of meetings and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-040, A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing to amend the zoning ordinance for PAD review to reduce the number of meetings to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
