RESOLUTION NO. 2014-036 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PARTIAL REZONING OF WILLOW RIDGE Whereas, The City recognizes that the Developer has inquired about increasing the density of a part of his parcel from R-8 to R-12 and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended such approval – pending adherence to the Engineer’s and Fire Department recommendations; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa approves setting a public hearing for a partial rezoning of Willow Ridge for March 26th at 7:00 p.m. On the 12th day of March, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-036, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PARTIAL REZONING OF WILLOW RIDGE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-036, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PARTIAL REZONING OF WILLOW RIDGE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
