RESOLUTION NO. 2014-033 A RESOLUTION APPROVING HART FREDERICK TO DESIGN ORIGINAL PART OF TOWN STORM SEWER, STREET IMPROVEMENTS, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS Whereas, The City recognizes that certain updates need to be completed in the original part of Tiffin to update services and aging/lacking infrastructure and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve Hart Frederick to design original part of town storm sewer, street improvements, infrastructure and sidewalk specifications. On the 12th day of March, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-033, A RESOLUTION APPROVING HART FREDERICK TO DESIGN ORIGINAL PART OF TOWN STORM SEWER, STREET IMPROVEMENTS, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-033, A RESOLUTION APPROVING HART FREDERICK TO DESIGN ORIGINAL PART OF TOWN STORM SEWER, STREET IMPROVEMENTS, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
