RESOLUTION NO. 2014-030 A RESOLUTION APPROVING EVENT APPLICATIONS FROM BELLA SALA FOR TIFFINFEST AND WAIVING OF PERMIT FEES Whereas, The City recognizes that Bella Sala has joined with the City of Tiffin to make TiffinFest a much larger event and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that Bella Sala has invested their own funds into accommodating additional entertainment to bring to the City of Tiffin for this specific event; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve their event applications from Bella Sala for TiffinFest and waiving of their permit fees for this specific event in 2014. On the 12th day of March, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014-030, A RESOLUTION APPROVING EVENT APPLICATIONS FROM BELLA SALA FOR TIFFINFEST AND WAIVING OF PERMIT FEES and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-030, A RESOLUTION APPROVING EVENT APPLICATIONS FROM BELLA SALA FOR TIFFINFEST AND WAIVING OF PERMIT FEES to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
