RESOLUTION NO. 2014-024 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PAD REVIEW Whereas, The City recognizes that it is important to keep ordinances current and updated to protect the public and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on March 12, 2014 at City Hall. On the 26th day of February, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-024, A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing for amending the zoning ordinance for PAD review and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-024, A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing for amending the zoning ordinance for PAD review to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
