RESOLUTION NO. 2014-023 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR DRUG PARAPHERNALIA Whereas, The City recognizes that it is important to keep ordinances current and updated to protect the public and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on March 12, 2014 at City Hall. On the 26th day of February, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-023, A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing for drug paraphernalia and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen. Ayes: Kahler, Petersen Upton Nays: Ryan, Bartels Absent: none. Whereupon three Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-023, A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing for drug paraphernalia to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
