Roll Call The City of Tiffin’s Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular scheduled session on February 11th, 2026, at the City Hall Conference Room. Board Chair Gina Landau called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Nick Ford, Travis Whitmore, Gina Landau and Luther Parker. Absent: Travis Whitmore. Others present Building Official Brian Shay and City Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Ford. Second by Luther. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Approval of November Meeting Minutes Motion to approve November Meeting Minutes by Ford. Second by Luther. All ayes, motion carried. D. Discussion and Consideration of Hickory Knoll Part Two-Preliminary Plat Discussion: Building Official Brian Shay lead discussion on lot 2 which will be a buildable lot with a 50-foot wide access easement and access provided from the private drive. No additional access points will be created, and there will be no direct access to South Park Road. There were no concerns or questions from the commission. Motion to approve by Parker. Second by Ford. All ayes, motion carried. E. OPD Update Nothing to Report. F. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Ford. Second by Parker. All ayes, meeting adjourned at 6:41 PM.
