s i RESOLUTION NO. 2013=184 ' A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR LIGHTING ORDINANCE Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to update and keep current it' s safety standards 'and codes and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council' of the City of Tiffin, lowa, to approve setting a date for public hearing on 10/ 23/.13 for discussion of adopting a lighting- ordinance. On the 9t" day of October, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan* introduced Resolution No., 2013- 184, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR A LIGHTING ORDINANCE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler: Nays: none. Absent: none. VVhereuponfive Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013- 184, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR ALIGHTING ORDINANCE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature`thereto. 9t" Passed by the City Council on the day of October, 2013.
