RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 139 A RESOLUTION CREATING A TEMPORARY BUDGET FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN COMMITTEE, NOT TO EXCEED $ 2, 500 Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a small budget established for the Comprehensive plan committee to assist with the cost of postage, mailings and some local advertising and; - Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve a temporary budget for the amount, not to exceed, $ 2, 500. 24th On the day of July, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,•Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013- 139, A RESOLUTION CREATING A TEMPORARY BUDGET FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN COMMITTEE, NOT TO EXCEED $ 2, 500 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013- 139, A RESOLUTION CREATING A TEMPORARY BUDGET FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN COMMITTEE, NOT TO EXCEED $ 2, 500 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 24th Passed by the City Council on the day of July, 2013.
