NOW, THEREFORE, It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the Supplemental Loan Agreement and declares that this resolution constitutes the "additional action" required by Section 384.24A of the Code of Iowa. It is hereby ordered that the proceeds received from the issuance of the Bonds be expended to pay the costs of the Improvements authorized in connection with the Supplemental Loan Agreement in an amount not to exceed $400,000. Section 2. All resolutions and orders or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this resolution, to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed. Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval, as provided by law. Passed and approved July 10, 2013. Steven L.
