RESOLUTION ' NO. 2013- 128 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE UPDATE OF THE ODRINANCE CODIFICATION Whereas, The City recognizes that it is required by law to comply with Codification on a regular basis and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that for the past three ( 3) years it needs to gather the approved Ordinances and forward them for Codification to be compliant; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve a public hearing on July 24, 2013. 26th On the` day of June, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Ti4in, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution' No. 2013- 128, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE UPDATE OF THE ORDINANCE CODIFICATION and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013- 128, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FORIHE UPDATE OF THE ORDINANCE CODIFICATION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 26th Passed by the City Council on the day of June, 2013.
